This official standardized return regulation applies to all international clothing orders on our website. Standard non-personalized apparel items can be returned within 30 days after delivery date. Goods sent back must meet resale standards, free of wear marks, discoloration, dirt, deformation and any man-made damage.
The following merchandise will not be approved for return requests under any conditions: intimate apparel, swimwear, custom embroidered garments, goods missing original packaging and all products marked as Final Sale on product pages.
Buyers cover all return shipping charges for returns caused by personal preference. In cases of factory defects, transit breakage, missing accessories or warehouse dispatch errors, we supply free prepaid return shipping labels and take charge of all related logistics costs.
Full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. All exchange applications must be submitted to customer service before mailing back items to confirm stock availability of target styles.
