All apparel products will be inspected and packaged within 2–3 business days after payment. Before international shipment, we eliminate defective items including broken stitching, uneven dyeing, damaged print and fabric flaws. Standard protective packaging is used to reduce transit risks. We support shipping to all global regions. Delivery delays caused by customs detention, route adjustment, peak-season pressure or force majeure are beyond our control and will not be regarded as shipping errors. All tracking data is fully transparent and updated regularly. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, VAT and remote area surcharges. Any extra costs or return losses caused by incorrect customer address information will be borne by the buyer. After-sales requests must be submitted within 48 hours after receipt with valid photos or videos to be qualified for processing.
